IT Procurement Services That Land on Day One, Anywhere You Hire
Device logistics became someone's full-time job. It was no one's job.
Tequipy runs your IT procurement end to end: sourcing, configuration, delivery, and the whole lifecycle after, across 180+ countries, so no one on your team has to own device logistics. One team, one Slack channel, one invoice.
Here's what changes when you hand off IT procurement services
A team runs it, not one overwhelmed person
One person places every order, tracks every courier, and answers every customs question across all your countries. As they put it, "it's not even my job but I'm stuck doing it." When they take leave, hiring stalls, because nobody else knows how it works.
Tequipy runs the sourcing, delivery, configuration, and offboarding, so it is no longer one person's second job. People Ops places a request in a few clicks, and the platform is there for visibility, not another tool you have to operate.
The whole lifecycle handled, not just the buying
Buying the laptop is the easy 10%. The hard part is getting it back from someone who left in a country with no office, wiping it, and reusing it. Skip that and each lost device is a $1,500 to $2,500 write-off.
You stop writing devices off when people leave. Every machine comes back, gets wiped, and goes to the next hire, including ones bought before Tequipy. 100% recovered after offboarding, against a 71% market standard.
Your hardest country becomes our problem, not yours
A hire in Colombia or the Philippines is waiting, no vendor you called covers the region, and sorting it lands on the one person already underwater. Every difficult country is another fire to put out.
Hand us the country that has failed you most and it stops being your problem. The hire there is set up on time, at a fair price, through resellers already on the ground. Booksy did exactly that with Latin America.
Retail price, not a 25-50% markup plus a retainer
The vendors that do it for you usually charge 25 to 50% on the hardware, $450 to $900 on an $1,800 laptop, plus a monthly per-device retainer on top. You pay every month for capacity you may not use.
Hardware at manufacturer's recommended retail price, the same as the local Apple Store. Services priced per use. The platform is free under 100 devices, then $99 a month flat. You pay for work done, not for a vendor to exist.
A team from day one, not a $70k hire you wait months for
The other way to fix this is to hire a full-time person to run device logistics, at $60,000 to $80,000 a year, plus the months to recruit them. For most teams that is a heavy line item for a job that is not core.
We are the hire you do not make. Gigs saved 100+ hours a month and scaled across 20 countries without adding IT logistics headcount. A team that already knows how to do this, from day one.
What makes IT procurement services work on one platform

A dedicated team, not a ticket queue
Every customer gets a shared Slack channel with the Tequipy team in it, the same people who run your sourcing, delivery, and offboarding. Answers in hours, no ticket queue. Responsiveness is what customers name most often.
The full lifecycle, handled for you
Procurement, configuration, repair, offboarding, storage, redeployment, and sellback, all run by Tequipy from one dashboard. Works with devices you bought elsewhere. A data wipe and full chain of custody on every return, with certified wipe available.

Runs with your HR system
Native sync with HiBob, BambooHR, and Workday. A new hire in your HR tool can trigger the device order automatically, and a leaver triggers the retrieval. People Ops self-serves from pre-approved kits, with no IT ticket.
Local sourcing in 180+ countries
We buy inside the employee's country through 600+ authorized resellers, so nothing crosses a border or waits in customs. The same network delivers every order, whether the hire is in Mexico City, Bangalore, or Warsaw.

Recommended retail price, no markup, no retainer
A $1,800 laptop costs $1,800, with delivery and MDM enrollment included. No markup, no monthly per-device retainer. You pay per service when you use it, nothing in a quiet month.
3-day average global delivery
Three business days on average, ten at most, with next-day across the UK and Europe and two-day in the US. By each new joiner's start date, 99% of devices have already arrived, well above the 58% market norm.

How Gigs scaled IT procurement across 20 countries without hiring for it
Gigs, the API platform for phone plans, was scaling a distributed team fast across the US, Europe, and the UK. As a lean company, getting devices to new hires in each country was slow and kept slipping start dates. The obvious fix, hiring someone full-time to run it, was exactly what they wanted to avoid.
Gigs handed the full device lifecycle to Tequipy: MDM-enrolled laptops delivered to employee homes on tight deadlines, with a dedicated Slack channel for the edge cases. They scaled across 20 countries without adding IT logistics staff, saved 100+ hours a month, and around $16,000 in cost reductions.

You're not adding another IT procurement vendor. You're removing the job no one wanted.
The honest answer to the most common hesitation: "we already have too many vendors, why add one more to manage?" You will not be managing this one. That is the whole point.

Have more questions about IT procurement services?
What's the pricing model for IT procurement services?
IT procurement services with Tequipy are priced pay-as-you-go. You pay local retail price for hardware (delivery included) and a per-use fee for each service. The platform costs nothing up to 100 devices and $99 a month flat above that, with no per-employee charge and no contract.
If Tequipy sells hardware at retail price, where's the margin?
Tequipy's margin is in volume: we buy from 600+ authorized resellers below RRP and sell at it, around 5,000 devices a month, and earn on services like offboarding, storage, and redeployment. Nothing is marked up on your invoice.
How quickly do devices reach employees?
Three business days on average and ten at the outside, anywhere in the world, with next-day across the UK and Europe and two-day in the US. Most arrive before the new hire's first day.
What does Tequipy charge to collect a device when someone leaves?
Offboarding is $70 to $150 per device by country. The fee includes reaching out to the employee, arranging courier pickup and packaging, shipping the device to our nearest warehouse, checking its condition, and running a data wipe.
Can Tequipy move a device from one country to another?
Within the European Economic Area, yes. Beyond it, no, because customs make cross-border moves slow and costly. We source locally in each country through the reseller network instead.
Does Tequipy work with the devices and tools we already use?
Yes. Every service runs on devices bought before Tequipy, and the platform syncs natively with HiBob, BambooHR, and Workday, with a REST API for anything else.
What are IT procurement services?
IT procurement services are the end-to-end sourcing, configuration, delivery, and lifecycle management of a company's work devices. An external provider handles it rather than an in-house team, often across multiple countries.
What does an IT procurement service do?
It sources devices, configures them for MDM enrollment, delivers them to employees, and manages the asset afterward: repair, offboarding, storage, redeployment, and resale. Tequipy does all of this across 180+ countries.
When does it make sense to outsource IT procurement?
Outsourcing IT procurement makes sense when a small IT or People Ops team spends real time on device logistics, or when hiring spans several countries. It also replaces the full-time logistics hire, taking on that workload without the headcount.
