We have bulk discounts with vendors from high volume - we ship thousands of devices a month across 600+ authorized resellers. We buy below RRP and we pass the device through at retail price and keep the reseller margin.
We also make margins on services like offboarding, storage, and redeployment. No hidden fees - we're just transparent about where our profit comes from.

Pay for what you use. Hardware at recommended retail price, delivery included. Services — offboarding, storage, redeployment — priced per use, no bundles. The platform is free up to 100 devices, then a flat $99/mo. No minimums, no setup fees, no contract.
Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
No. No onboarding fee, no setup fee. You pay for devices and the services you use, plus the platform fee only if you're over 100 devices.
Do I have to sign a contract or hit a minimum?
No. Treat us like Amazon — order one device, we ship it, we invoice you. No lock-in, no minimum order, cancel anytime. Plenty of teams start with a single onboarding or offboarding in their most painful country before scaling.
What's included in the hardware price? Any extra fees?
The price you see is the price you pay — no line items added at checkout. It's the local recommended retail price with delivery included, plus ABM/MDM enrollment set up for free. No shipping markup, no customs or duties (we source locally, so nothing crosses a border), no handling fee.
The only things that ever cost extra are optional services you choose to add — offboarding, storage, redeployment — and manual pre-configuration beyond standard enrollment, which we quote up front before any work starts.
How do we pay?
Card or bank transfer via Stripe, or a credit line where we invoice after delivery. It works like a PO, not financing. Currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, pick per order.
