KEY TAKEAWAYS
- The score is 5.0 and the base is 32. The G2 profile was read on 22 September 2026. All 32 entries sit in the top star bucket and ten of them were written since May.
- Trustpilot reads differently at 3.3 from three reviews, checked in September 2026. One of the three is a one-star pre-sales complaint that the company answered in public by saying the writer was never a customer. No Capterra profile exists.
- Praise lands on named account managers and Latin American delivery. Complaints land on integrations, storage billed on leavers' machines, and courier updates that arrive late.
- Tequipy is the alternative for globally distributed teams hiring past the Americas: hardware at recommended retail price, 180+ countries served through 600+ authorized local resellers, and ISO 27001 paperwork a security team can read today.
Quipteams reviews are easy to find and hard to read. The rating has been a flat five out of five since the first entry landed, and a five tells a buyer nothing until they know how many people stand behind it.
That count has appeared four different ways in four months: 14 on the vendor's own comparison badge, 14 again in a rival's August post, 18 and 19 in two hand counts taken a day apart, and 32 on the live profile today. Nobody has put those numbers next to each other. This guide counts, dates, and says what a base that size supports.
| Item | Quipteams | Tequipy |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Hiring concentrated in Latin America | Globally distributed teams buying and recovering devices in three countries, fifteen, or more |
| Stand out feature | Guest quoting in 155 countries with no login and no sales call | Local sourcing through 600+ authorized resellers across 180+ countries |
| Service prices | Storage from $35 per device a month on used fleet. Retrieval, buyback and repair quoted per case | Retrieval $70 to $150 per device, storage $12 a month, redeployment $70 to $150, sellback free |
| Platform fee | $0 on every plan, which is also what Tequipy charges under 100 devices | $99 a month flat at any fleet size, free under 100 devices |
| Minimum to start | None, as at Tequipy | None |
| Pros | A named account manager on every account, four business days as the published global average | Recommended retail price on the device, a published rate for every service |
| Cons | Integrations are the most-named dislike, and no compliance certificate is published | A public review base of three, and SOC 2 still in progress |
| Customer support | Dedicated account manager and a shared Slack channel, which Tequipy also runs | Shared Slack channel staffed by the people who handle the account |
| Country coverage | 155 claimed, with review evidence concentrated in Latin America | 180+ claimed, with named customers in Kazakhstan, Georgia, India and Ukraine |
| Compliance documents | Neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2 published | ISO 27001 certified, penetration test reports on request |
| Public review base | 5.0 from 32 on G2, 3.3 from 3 on Trustpilot, no Capterra profile | 4.8 from 3 on G2 |
| Lifecycle on devices bought elsewhere | Yes | Yes |
Sources for that table: the Quipteams column was taken from their pricing page and FAQ on 22 September 2026, the scores from G2 and the Trustpilot profile the same day, and every Tequipy figure is published on our own pricing page.
Who Is Quipteams Best For?

Three kinds of buyer are well served here, and the reviews say so plainly rather than the marketing.
Companies hiring across Latin America. This is where the evidence sits. Seven countries in the region get named across the review base, and the 2026 entries repeat the pattern of the 2024 ones rather than moving on from it. A project manager writing in a September 2026 G2 review describes running a local warehouse in Colombia and 30-unit ThinkPad and Dell orders through one pipeline.
Teams that want a price without a sales call. The guest quoting tool prices any model in any covered country with no account. Very little else in this category will do that.
Teams with no compliance gate. Nobody here has been asked for a certificate yet, and until somebody is, the absence costs nothing.
Tequipy: An Alternative

We should declare the interest before the list: Tequipy is ours. Treat what follows as a supplier setting out its own position, and open the links rather than trusting the sentences. Our co-founder was Head of IT at Revolut through its climb from two offices to seventeen and from 100 staff to 5,000, with about 300 people changing desks every week and no machine unaccounted for.
- Recommended retail price on the device. The $1,800 MacBook is billed at $1,800, with delivery in the price.
- 180+ countries through 600+ authorized local resellers, which is global device procurement in 180+ countries filled inside the country the employee already lives in.
- An average of three business days to deliver, with ten as the worst case in any market we serve.
- ISO 27001 certified, with penetration test reports sent on request.
- Proof outside the Americas, with named deliveries into Kazakhstan, Georgia, India and wartime Ukraine.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Hardware | Recommended retail price, delivery included |
| Platform | $99 a month flat at any fleet size, free under 100 devices |
| HRIS sync | $199 a month, optional |
| Pre-configuration and MDM enrolment | Free on devices bought through Tequipy |
| Offboarding collection | $70 to $150 per device, by country |
| Storage | $12 a month per device |
| Redeployment | $70 to $150 per device |
| Sellback | No fee, returning 20% to 70% of original value as cash |
Each of those rates sits on the pay per service pricing page, next to a calculator that totals a year.
Quipteams Key Features
Three things come up again and again once you read past the star rating. One is a person, one is a supply chain, and one is a form anybody can open.
Stand Out Feature #1: The Named Account Manager
This is the most-praised attribute by a distance. Eleven reviewers in the older harvest named it, and the 2026 entries keep naming it, often by first name.
Franco B., a senior technical support engineer, writes in a June 2025 G2 review that Catalina and Lola are "super friendly, kind, always available, and just make everything easier". An IT manager goes further in an August 2025 entry, calling out "a special shout-out to Lola, our phenomenal account executive."
The newer reviews name a different manager, which is worth noticing: two separate 2026 entries credit an account manager called Sthella. So the strength survives staff turnover rather than resting on two individuals.
Quipteams includes this on every account at zero platform fee. A shared channel with the people doing the work is how Tequipy staffs an account too, so a buyer should read named support as the going rate among pay per use vendors, not as a reason to pick one.
Stand Out Feature #2: Local Sourcing and Delivery Speed
Nothing crosses a border. The machine is bought from a reseller who already holds stock in the destination country, so there is no customs queue, no duty line and no fortnight in transit. The published figures are four business days as a global average, around 80% of orders arriving inside two to four, across 155 countries and more than 400 local vendor partners.
Reviewers back the speed with dates rather than adjectives. Maddie C., working in people and talent, reports in an October 2025 G2 review that "A new hire in Buenos Aires got her MacBook within 24 hours of placing the order." A head of operations put it against the alternative in a December 2024 entry: "Shipping might take just a few days, even if the official reseller says it could take weeks."
Speed is the second-most-cited strength after the team, and the two are usually praised in the same sentence.
Stand Out Feature #3: Guest Quoting With No Login
Anyone can price a device in any covered country without an account, a signup or a sales call. In a category where almost every price sits behind a demo request, that is genuinely unusual and it rarely gets the credit it deserves.
The evidence for it is indirect, and that matters. No reviewer names the tool. What reviewers do say, repeatedly, is that pricing is fair, transparent and free of surprises, which is what you would expect if buyers can see the number before they commit. A staffing and recruiting buyer writing in a July 2026 G2 review puts it as "their pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees, which we value."
Treat that as consistent sentiment rather than as validation of the feature itself. Nobody has reviewed the quoting tool. They have reviewed the outcome it produces.
Quipteams Pricing
Software access costs nothing on any plan, and there is no onboarding charge and no charge per user. Devices carry the local market price plus delivery. Storage on used or retrieved machines starts at $35 per device a month, and is free on new devices bought through them and not yet assigned. Retrieval and buyback are quoted per case, with no number published for either.
So one service rate in four carries a figure. That is more openness than most of this field offers and still not enough to let finance total a year before the first call.
Quipteams Positives
- The support team: eleven reviewers in the 2024 to 2025 harvest named it, and the 2026 entries continue the pattern with a different account manager, which suggests a process rather than two good hires.
- Latin American delivery: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Colombia all appear by name, and the largest published customer story runs 600+ devices across eight Latin American markets.
- Commercial terms: no platform fee, no contract, no minimum order and no exit fee. Tequipy sells on exactly the same terms, so this is the going rate at the pay per use end rather than a differentiator.
- Consolidation: several reviewers describe replacing spreadsheets and a handful of local vendors with one dashboard. One calls the asset tracking view the standout feature in a July 2026 G2 review: "At any point we can see exactly where every laptop is in a warehouse, in transit, or in an employee's hands."
Quipteams Negatives
- Integrations: the most-named dislike, and the gap is between the marketing and the tag. The site lists roughly fifteen native connections. G2's own integration tag, which is built from what reviewers report, lists four: Jira Service Management, Okta, Rippling and Slack. A project manager asked for broader native connectors as recently as September 2026.
- Storage billed on leavers' devices: Jorge C., an IT engineer, names it as his single reservation in a July 2025 G2 review: "our only concern about them is the fact that they charge for keeping the equipment of offboarded users".
- Shipment and courier updates: an enterprise IT buyer describes occasional delays in a May 2026 entry, blaming "a global shortage of Apple's processors". An IT manager raises the same theme from a different angle in a September 2026 entry, saying delivery updates arrive late because the last leg runs through external couriers.
- One disputed pre-sales complaint: Earl McDonald, writing from Jamaica on Trustpilot in February 2026, says he booked two meetings and nobody appeared. Quipteams replied ten days later: "we cannot find any record of you or your company ever working with quipteams". Both halves belong on the page. He was a prospect, not a customer, and the company still conceded that a cancelled meeting is not the experience it wants.
One number from our own files, offered as a single buyer's evaluation and nothing more. A team that tested Quipteams and then chose not to use them told us the fees on one 16-inch laptop came to around $1,000. We cannot link it and we do not know the configuration behind it, so it sits here rather than in the argument.
Customer Reviews
The positive end is specific about place. A people and talent lead writes in an October 2025 G2 review that Quipteams "filled the Rippling gap in LATAM perfectly", with a Buenos Aires laptop landing inside a day.
The two negatives are both feature requests rather than failures. Isabella M. asks in an October 2025 entry: "I would like to see more features added to their web platform, particularly the ability to connect it with Slack." And a marketing buyer in an August 2026 entry asks to "be kept in the loop anytime Quipteams is reaching out directly to our employees". If you want the wider loop these sit inside, start with how remote equipment management works.
Quipteams Overall

Four public counts circulated before this article and none of them agreed. Quipteams' own badge on its Workwize comparison page said 14. Workwize said 14 in a post dated 26 August 2026. Two hand counts taken a day apart in July 2026 said 19 and 18. A G2 seller page, which aggregates every product a seller lists rather than one product, said 32.
The live product profile settles it. Read on 22 September 2026, the G2 product page shows 5.0 from 32, all 32 in the five-star bucket, with a first page of ten written between 21 May and 15 September 2026. The seller page and the product page now agree, and the base has roughly doubled since July.
On collection method, which nobody had checked before: nine of those ten carry an organic label and the tenth came from a G2 invite. None is marked as incentivised. Pages two to four would not load for us, so that picture holds for the first ten entries and is unverified beyond them.
What 32 supports is that no public customer has reported a serious failure, and that the recent arrivals read as warmly as the old ones. What it does not support is any claim about being the best-rated vendor in the category.
Thirty two people is a real signal drawn from a small sample. Three Trustpilot reviews at 3.3 are too few to be a pattern in either direction, on a profile read in September 2026. And no Capterra, TrustRadius or GetApp profile exists, so a buyer who checks those finds silence and cannot tell what the silence means.
Pro tip: read the dates before you read the score, then read only the dislike fields. Sort the profile by most recent and write down three numbers: how many reviews exist, how many arrived in the last ninety days, and how many carry a collection label such as a vendor invite.
A five built from ten reviews in four months describes a vendor that got busy this year. A five built over two years describes a track record. Then ignore every word of praise and read the dislike field on each entry. On a perfect-score profile that field is the only part carrying information, and it takes about ten minutes.
We put another vendor through the same count in Workwize reviews, where the arithmetic came out very differently.
How to Choose a Device Lifecycle Platform
Reviews answer one question well and three questions badly. Below are the three, in the order a buyer usually hits them, each with the test that settles it faster than reading another star rating.
Feature Consideration #1: Does the Evidence Cover Your Countries?

Quipteams claims 155 countries. Latin America, North America, India, Brazil and Colombia are the places reviewers actually write down. Africa, the Middle East, the CIS and Eastern Europe appear in none of them. The largest published customer story, CookUnity, is 600+ devices across eight Latin American markets.
Missing evidence is not the same thing as a failure, and the two get confused constantly. That reseller network may deliver perfectly well in Nairobi or Tbilisi. But if your next three hires land there, a country list is all you have bought, and the quick way to test it is to ask for two customers you can phone in those particular markets.
Tequipy has named delivery in Kazakhstan, Georgia, India and Ukraine, with customers who will say so.
Feature Consideration #2: Documented Compliance
Quipteams publishes neither an ISO 27001 certificate nor a SOC 2 report. That is a fact about documents rather than a fact about security, and the distinction is worth holding: plenty of careful operators have never been through either audit.
It only matters when somebody asks, and when somebody asks it stops the evaluation on the first question. A new security lead, an enterprise customer's vendor review or the start of a compliance programme each turn this from nothing into a blocker inside a week.
Tequipy is ISO 27001 certified and sends penetration test reports on request. Our SOC 2 is in progress and not finished, so a review that names SOC 2 specifically does not clear at either company today.
Feature Consideration #3: What Happens After the Device Lands
Procurement is the easy half. Servicing, retrieval, storage, redeployment and resale are where a platform earns its fee, and the question that separates vendors is whether those services work on hardware somebody else sold you.
Both companies say yes. The prices differ. Quipteams charges from $35 per device a month to store used kit and quotes retrieval and buyback per case. Tequipy publishes $12 a month for storage and $70 to $150 to collect a device, on machines bought anywhere. Twenty laptops sitting between users for a quarter is $2,100 against $720.
The step before the box ships is zero-touch deployment for new hires, and the step most platforms price last is laptop retrieval for leavers. Both sit inside IT asset lifecycle management, which is the unit a vendor should be priced on.
Alternative to Quipteams: Tequipy
Neither company asks for a contract, a minimum or a subscription, so a debate about terms goes nowhere. The split is elsewhere: which markets carry named proof, and how much a finance lead can work out before booking a call.
Tequipy Key Features
Three features move the numbers. One touches the invoice, one touches the calendar, and one decides what happens to machines bought before we arrived.
Stand Out Feature #1: Local Sourcing in 180+ Countries

An order is placed with one of 600+ authorized resellers, in whichever country the employee happens to live. Because the box never leaves that country, no customs charge, duty or border delay reaches the invoice.
Who confirms the number matters more than the number. Booksy started with its hardest region, then came back at short notice for people in the Philippines and in Colombia. That case study carries the figure we are judged on: 99% of devices arrive before the employee's start date.
Stand Out Feature #2: The Full Lifecycle on Devices We Did Not Sell

Procurement, MDM and Apple Business Manager enrolment, servicing, retrieval, storage, redeployment and sellback all run from one account, and every one of them works on hardware bought elsewhere.
That is what turns a supplier change into a supplier change rather than a fleet replacement. RemoFirst collected devices across 30 countries with us, including Colombia, the UK and Kazakhstan, and recovered roughly $2,000 per employee in kit that used to walk out of the door. Every company device has come back after offboarding.
Stand Out Feature #3: A Shared Slack Channel, Not a Ticket Queue

Every customer gets a channel with the people who run the account, not a queue and a reference number. Lisa Kiseleva, People Operations Specialist at Gigs, describes the result in the Gigs case study as "no unnecessary back-and-forth, no complex processes, just practical, fast help whenever we need it." Her team got back more than 100 hours a month.
Parity where it belongs: Quipteams assigns a named manager too, and its reviewers are right to praise them. The difference is not access to a human.
Tequipy Pricing
Hardware at recommended retail price with delivery included. Platform $99 a month flat at any fleet size, free under 100 devices. Offboarding $70 to $150 per device by country, storage $12 a month, redeployment $70 to $150, sellback free and paid as cash. No contract, no minimum order.

Work out your own year rather than accepting ours. The Tequipy pricing calculator asks how many employees hold a device and whether you run an HRIS, then your yearly counts for new hires, offboardings, servicing, redeployments, machines in storage and sellbacks.
The last three boxes describe whoever supplies you at the moment: the percentage they add to hardware, what they bill you monthly for the platform, and what they bill monthly per device. For Quipteams, zero is the honest entry in both of the fee boxes.
Where Tequipy Shines
- Proof outside the Americas: customers who will confirm deliveries in Georgia, Kazakhstan, the UAE, Poland, Ukraine during the war, India and the Philippines. A country list costs a vendor nothing to write, so the proof has to carry a customer's name.
- Compliance documents that exist today: the ISO 27001 certificate and the penetration test reports go out by email on the day a security team asks, rather than appearing on a roadmap.
- A total annual cost you can build yourself: every service rate is published, so a finance lead can add up a year on a Tuesday afternoon without speaking to anyone.
Where Tequipy Falls Short
- Our own public review base is smaller than theirs. Tequipy showed 4.8 from three reviews on G2 in September 2026. That is precisely the criticism this article levels at Quipteams, turned on us, and three is a thinner base than thirty two by any reading.
- SOC 2 is in progress and not finished. A security questionnaire that names that standard specifically will not clear today.
Tequipy Customer Reviews
Marcin Szydlowski, Director of Enterprise Technology and Security at Booksy, describes how the account started in the Booksy case study: "They managed it perfectly, which gave us the confidence to start using their services for other geographies as well." The test region was Latin America, chosen because it was where previous suppliers had failed.
Lera Lykholiet, People Operations Specialist at RemoFirst, is two years into the account and puts it plainly in the RemoFirst case study: "now we don't have to worry about device logistics at all." The problem she is describing was unreturned hardware sitting with people who had already left, in Colombia, in Britain and in Kazakhstan.
Who Tequipy Is Best For
- IT leads at companies of 200 to 500 hiring outside the Americas: high order volume, one or two people to handle it, and another market opening most quarters.
- Teams whose security review asks for documents: the ISO 27001 certificate and the penetration test reports exist today, and that is often what decides whether a purchase order moves.
- HR and Ops staff who inherited equipment as an extra duty: one supplier, one channel, and a process that keeps running while the owner is away.
- Current Quipteams customers who need cover elsewhere: leave the Latin American hires where they work, and send a single order to the market where the review evidence stops.

CONCLUSION
Final Word on Tequipy

If your hiring runs across Latin America and nobody at your company is going to ask for a certificate, Quipteams is a good answer and the reviews say so consistently. There is nothing here to escape from.
If your map is wider, or a security review is coming, the cheapest way to settle it is one real order in your hardest country. Bring that country to the Tequipy team. Or read allwhere reviews first, where the same count on another pay as you go vendor comes out thinner still. Neither side asks for a contract, so the test costs one laptop.
FAQ
How Many Reviews Does Quipteams Have?
Thirty five in public: 32 on G2 and three on Trustpilot, counted on 22 September 2026. No Capterra, TrustRadius or GetApp profile exists.
What Is Quipteams Rated on G2 and Trustpilot?
5.0 out of 5 on G2 and 3.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot, both read on 22 September 2026. Every G2 entry sits in the five-star bucket.
Is Quipteams Only Strong in Latin America?
No, but that is where the proof is. Reviewers name seven Latin American countries, plus India and North America, and none in Africa, the Middle East or the CIS.
What Do Quipteams Reviewers Complain About?
Integrations most often, then storage charged on offboarded employees' devices, then late courier updates. One Trustpilot complaint is about pre-sales meetings and the company disputes it.
Are Quipteams Reviews Incentivised?
Not on the first page. Of the ten most recent G2 entries in September 2026, nine are labelled organic and one came from a G2 invite. We could not read the older pages.
