Tequipy is the global IT equipment platform for distributed companies. We help remote-first teams buy, configure, manage, and recover laptops across 180+ countries.
We're a Seed Series remote-first startup with offices in Poland and Portugal, working with companies like Booksy, RemoFirst, TapTap Send, Tabby, and Gigs. Our GTM motion is heavily engineered — outbound campaigns, prospecting, enrichment, email, and LinkedIn outreach all run on automated systems built by our Go-to-Market Engineering team.
Now we're adding one missing layer: the phone.
About the role
We're hiring an SDR / Calling Specialist to plug into our existing outbound machine and own the calling layer end-to-end.
This is not a typical SDR role. You won't be building lists, writing sequences, or hunting for contacts. Our GTM Engineering team has already automated all of that. Your job is simple and focused: pick up the phone and have great conversations.
You'll work directly with our Founding Sales Lead and be supported by the GTM Engineering team, who will make sure you have every tool, dashboard, and data point you need to operate efficiently.
We've tested this calling motion ourselves and we know it works. Now we want to scale it.
What you'll do
- Cold call prospects in our target accounts who haven't responded to our outbound campaigns
- Warm call leads who have shown intent, replied, or otherwise engaged but haven't booked a meeting yet
- Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team
- Work primarily into the UK market, with potential expansion into US and European markets
- Operate inside a clean, automated stack — no manual research, no list building, no admin work
This role is ~95% talking to people on the phone. If that excites you, read on. If it doesn't, this isn't the right role.
What we're looking for
- Strong track record of cold calling — at least 1 year of intensive phone-based outbound experience
- Excellent English — comfortable calling UK natives at a high standard (you don't need to be a native speaker, but your English needs to be sharp, clear, and natural)
- Genuine love for the phone — this role is almost entirely calling, and you should enjoy that, not tolerate it
- Background in B2B SaaS or tech sales
- Resilience and consistency — cold calling rewards people who show up sharp every session
- Comfort working inside structured, data-driven workflows — you'll be plugged into dashboards, dialers, and CRM signals
Nice to have
- Experience selling into IT departments
You'll thrive here if: You see the phone as a craft, not a chore. You want to focus on what you do best — talking to people — without the distraction of admin work, list building, or sequence design.
What we offer
- Part-time role: 4 hours/day to start, with room to scale hours and scope if the motion performs
- Location: Remote across EU / UK — or hybrid out of our Warsaw or Kraków offices if you're based in Poland
- Compensation: Base + per-booked-meeting commission. Final package is highly dependent on your qualifications and location
- Direct line to leadership: You'll work side-by-side with our Founding Sales Lead

- Real impact: You won't be one of 20 SDRs grinding the same lists. You're the calling layer for our entire outbound motion
