About Tequipy

Tequipy is the global IT equipment platform for distributed companies. We help remote-first teams buy, configure, manage, and recover laptops across 180+ countries. We’re a Seed Series remote-first startup with offices in Poland and Portugal. We work with companies like Booksy, RemoFirst, TapTap Send, Tabby, and Gigs. Our operations run every day across many countries, vendors, and warehouses. We need an Operations Specialist to keep this machine running smoothly and to help us scale it further.

About the role

You will own the operational backbone of Tequipy. This means procurement, pre-configuration, shipping, servicing, storage, and offboarding of IT devices for our clients’ distributed teams. You will work closely with our founders and cross-functional teams - sales, support, and logistics partners. You will make sure devices reach the right person, in the right country, on time and in the right condition. This role covers a wide experience range. If you are early in your career, you will start by owning clear, well-defined processes and grow from there. If you are more senior, you will take on broader ownership from day one — improving processes, managing vendor relationships, and helping shape how operations scale as we grow.

What you'll do

  • Resolve incoming support tickets from clients and their employees - device issues, delivery questions, account problems
  • Track shipments across the device lifecycle: procurement, pre-configuration, deployment, servicing, storage, and offboarding
  • Monitor SLAs and flag anything at risk of breaching before it becomes a client-facing problem
  • Chase vendors, logistics partners, and local IT service providers across multiple countries to keep things moving
  • Keep operational data accurate in our internal tools (inventory, order status, shipment tracking)
  • Work with sales and other teams to make sure client orders move smoothly from signed contract to device in hand
  • Spot recurring problems and suggest process improvements
  • Depending on seniority, take ownership of a country, a client segment, or a specific part of the supply chain
  • What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational skills. You keep track of many moving parts at once, and nothing important falls through the cracks
  • Clear communication. You write and speak clearly, and you follow up without being asked twice
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Our processes are still evolving. You can work with an unfinished playbook and help build it
  • Problem-solving mindset. When something breaks - a shipment, a vendor, a device - you find a way to fix it
  • Sharp, natural English (B2+). Most of our operations and client communication run in English
  • Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, IT asset management, or a similar field is a plus, but we care more about how you think and work than your exact job title before this role
  • Nice to have

  • Experience with IT hardware, device management, or IT asset lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with international vendors or logistics providers
  • Polish or another European language
  • Early-stage / scrappy environment experience - you've worked where the process wasn't finished yet
  • You use AI tools naturally in your daily work
  • What we offer

  • Real ownership. You will run a meaningful part of our operations, not just follow a checklist
  • Room to grow. This role can grow from owning a process to owning a whole part of the operation, as you grow with us
  • Location: Remote across EU/UK - or hybrid out of our Warsaw, Krakow or Faro offices
  • Compensation: up to 12,000 PLN net + VAT, based on experience and seniority, with room to grow as the role grows
  • A small, fast-moving team where your work has a direct, visible impact
  • Hiring process

    1. CV review.
    2. Culture Fit Call: A brief conversation to discuss your goals.
    3. Home Assignment: A practical task to assess your skills.
    4. Call with the founder.

    How to apply

Send your CV to talent@tequipy.com along with a 60-second video introduction.

In the video, we'd love to hear:

    • About a time you solved a tricky operational/support problem - what happened and how you fixed it
    • Why this role specifically interests you

We care more about how you think and come across than polished production - record it on your phone, that's fine.
