We're now building an AI-first IT operations platform that manages the full lifecycle of company equipment and software - from onboarding to offboarding, from compliance to cost optimisation. About the role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to run and grow the systems that generate our sales pipeline.
We already have a working GTM stack (Clay, Reply.io, Apollo, HubSpot) with campaigns and workflows in production. Your job is to take over day-to-day operations of these campaigns, improve them, and build new ones - with the goal of increasing the number of qualified opportunities and revenue.
You'll report to our Head of Revenue Operations & GTM, who has 10+ years of hands-on outbound and GTM experience - so you'll have strong support and mentorship as you grow in the role.
What you'll do
- Run and optimise outbound and inbound campaigns - take ownership of existing workflows, monitor performance, iterate on what works
- Work on and expand the GTM stack - develop integrations, add new tools, improve data flows across Clay, Reply.io, Apollo, and HubSpot
- Design personalised outreach at scale - use AI, enrichment data, and automation to create targeted messaging for different segments and ICPs
- Experiment constantly - A/B test messaging, channels, sequences, and targeting; analyze results and double down on winners
What we're looking for
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years in a GTM engineering, outbound, revenue operations, or technical marketing/sales ops role
- Hands-on experience with outbound/enrichment tools like Clay (must-have), Apollo/Reply.io (or similar), and CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
- Outbound strategy - solid understanding of how outbound works end-to-end: ICP definition, segmentation, messaging, channel selection, and how it all ties back to customer problems and business goals
- Comfortable with AI/LLM tools - using them for content generation, data enrichment, and workflow automation

- Tech-savvy - you pick up new tools fast, aren't afraid of technical complexity, and can vibe-code your way through problems. You don't need to be a developer, but you're not intimidated by APIs, automation platforms, or figuring things out on your own
- Data-driven - you make decisions based on metrics, not gut feeling. You track what matters and optimise relentlessly
- Business-minded - you understand why an ICP is defined the way it is, what problems customers have, and how that translates into campaign strategy. You're not just pushing buttons in tools - you think about the bigger picture
- Self-starter - you take ownership, figure things out independently, and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Quick learner - we're a small startup where things change fast and we regularly tackle problems we haven't solved before. You adapt, figure it out, and keep moving
What we offer
- Compensation: EUR 2,500 - 5,000/month on B2B contract + ESOP (depending on experience and seniority)
- Location: Remote / Hybrid if based in Warsaw or Krakow
