About Tequipy

Tequipy is the global IT equipment platform for distributed companies. We help remote-first teams buy, configure, manage, and recover laptops across 180+ countries.

We're a Seed Series remote-first startup with offices in Poland and Portugal, working with companies like Booksy, RemoFirst, TapTap Send, Tabby, and Gigs. Our sales motion is working - inbound is growing, outbound is engineered and automated, and deals are closing. Now we're hiring our first Account Executive to close more of them.

About the role

You'll be the first AE at Tequipy, working directly with our Founding Sales Lead. This is a full-cycle closing role: you take qualified opportunities from demo to signature - through multiple stakeholders, security reviews, vendor registration, and contracts.

This is not a role where leads are handed to you on a plate. We sell consultatively, not transactionally - and while we have a working process, it is still evolving as the product and priorities change. We want someone senior enough to run it well, bring their own judgement, and help shape where the sales motion goes next - not someone who needs a rigid script for every step. You will get a real pipeline, real ownership, and a genuine say in how we build this.

What you'll do

  • Run the full sales cycle on considered, multi-stakeholder mid-market B2B deals - from discovery call to signed contract
  • Navigate what actually moves deals in our world: security questionnaires, legal reviews, procurement, vendor onboarding, country coverage questions
  • Manage multiple contacts per account - IT, ops, finance, legal - in parallel
  • Work qualified inbound and warm outbound; when pipeline is thin, generate your own - including picking up the phone
  • Keep the CRM honest: next steps, stages, and forecasts that reflect reality

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years closing as an AE on complex B2B deals - multiple stakeholders, a contract to sign, cycles measured in weeks or months. Not transactional one-call-close, and not years of SDR work with a recent AE promotion
  • Consultative, not transactional - you sell by understanding the buyer and navigating complexity, not by pushing a pitch. Whatever you have practised (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC or your own blend), you are happy to align on a shared team approach and sharpen it with us
  • Operationally independent - you run your deals without hand-holding, and you don't drown in the parts that make this hard - T&Cs, security questionnaires, endless follow-ups, chasing down information that isn't written anywhere. This is a demanding environment; we need someone who is energised by that, not someone it burns out in a fortnight
  • Hunter mindset - if leads dry up, you make your own instead of waiting
  • Comfortable with the technical side of deals: security reviews, integrations, procurement processes
  • Sharp, natural English (C1+) - most of our deals run in English
  • Hungry and craft-driven - you care about getting better at selling, not just the OTE

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to IT decision-makers (IT Director, CISO, VP Tech Ops, IT Manager) and/or People/Ops leaders at globally distributed companies - e.g. global HR/EoR or IT-adjacent products
  • Polish or another European language
  • Early-stage / scrappy environment experience - you've sold where the machine wasn't finished yet
  • You use AI tools naturally in your daily work

  • Location: Remote across EU/UK - or hybrid out of our Warsaw or Krakow offices
  • Compensation: base + performance-based variable, with OTE up to €8,000/month depending on seniority and location, and ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan)
    • We're upfront: as our first AE, the exact split starts simple and gets calibrated with you over the first quarters - we would rather be honest about that than dress it up
  • A clean, modern stack: automated outbound, AI-assisted workflows, engineered GTM - you sell, the machine supports you
