A Workwize alternative that publishes its prices and charges nothing per seat
Tequipy charges nothing per seat, and a $1,800 MacBook costs $1,800. Hardware is local recommended retail price with delivery and ABM or Autopilot enrollment inside it. Services are pay as you go, and the platform is free up to 100 devices, then $99 a month flat. Devices arrive in three business days on average, sourced locally in 180+ countries by 600+ resellers. No long-term contract, no minimum. Registering takes minutes and your first order can be a single laptop, so you can try us before moving anything off Workwize.

Have more questions about switching from Workwize?
What is actually different between Tequipy and Workwize?
Two different pricing models. Workwize publishes a per-seat subscription across three tiers with prices on request, and its Basic and Professional tiers both list a 150-user minimum. Tequipy has no per-seat fee and no minimum: hardware at local recommended retail price, services pay as you go, platform free up to 100 devices then $99 a month flat. All 180+ countries are available on every account.
Can we start while we are still under contract with Workwize?
Yes, and you keep Workwize running while you do. There is no long-term contract, so you register in about five minutes, order your next hire's laptop, and leave everything else in place. Run us on one country or one hire alongside Workwize for as long as you like, and move more across only if the first order earns it.
Is Tequipy cheaper than Workwize?
Depends what you pay now. Workwize prices on request, so there is no published rate to compare against. Ours: hardware at local recommended retail price with delivery included, offboarding and redeployment $70 to $150 per device, storage from $12 per device per month, platform free up to 100 devices then $99 a month flat. Repairs and certified wiping are quoted per case. Add up a full year, then compare.
How fast do you deliver, and where?
Three business days on average, ten business days at most, anywhere we operate. Next-day across the UK and Europe, two-day in the US, India around six days. 180+ countries through 600+ local authorized resellers. Russia, Belarus and North Korea are the three we cannot serve. 99% of devices reach the employee before their start date. Past ten business days, you get a discount on the device.
Can Tequipy manage devices we already bought through Workwize?
Yes. Offboarding, storage, redeployment, repairs and sellback all work on devices we did not sell you. Upload your existing fleet by CSV and the records update themselves as work happens. One limit worth knowing: devices sitting in another vendor's warehouse are between you and them. Once they are released we can collect, store or redeploy them in the country they are in.
Will it fit our HR and MDM stack?
HiBob, BambooHR and Workday sync natively, one direction, with optional automatic onboarding orders and offboarding pickups. That add-on is $199 a month, and anything else connects through our REST API. For MDM we go through Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot, so any ABM or Autopilot compatible MDM works: Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode, JumpCloud. Automatic ABM assignment covers most countries, and we enroll by hand where it is not available. On compliance: ISO 27001, penetration test reports on request, hosting in Europe, SOC 2 in progress.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Every shipment is insured. If a package is lost or damaged we handle the courier and reprocure the device, so you are not chasing anyone. A dead-on-arrival machine is replaced next day, two days at the outside, and we collect the broken one when the employee is free. If a delivery passes ten business days you get a discount on the device. A repair averages 14 business days from pickup, so one spare in storage is worth having. And you hear about a problem from us on Slack, before the new hire tells you.
How do you make money at retail price?
Volume. We buy thousands of devices a month through 600+ authorized resellers, below recommended retail price, and sell at recommended retail. Services add the rest: offboarding, storage, redeployment. Mainly laptops, second services. There is no hidden fee in it and no per-seat charge making up the difference.
What should we check before switching from Workwize?
Four things. Total annual cost rather than the monthly per-seat rate, so add hardware, platform fees and the services you actually use across twelve months. Which countries are live on your plan rather than on the website. Who answers when an order stalls, and how quickly. And what leaving costs. Run one real order through any vendor before you commit to a year of them.
