What is actually different between Tequipy and GroWrk?

Can we start while our GroWrk plan is still running?
Yes, with your GroWrk plan left exactly as it is. There is no long-term contract, so you register in about five minutes and send one laptop to your next hire, keeping GroWrk for everything else. Run the two in parallel on your hardest country, and move more across only once you have seen an order land.
Is Tequipy cheaper than GroWrk?
GroWrk publishes neither device prices nor its Flex fee, so the honest comparison is your invoice against our list. Hardware sits at local recommended retail with delivery included. A collection or a redeployment is $70 to $150 a device. Storage starts at $12 a device a month. The platform is free below 100 devices and $99 a month above. Run the same laptop through both across a year.
How fast do you deliver, and where?
Orders reach the hire in three business days on average, wherever they sit, because a local reseller buys the device in their own country rather than shipping it in. If one ever passes ten business days, you get a discount on the laptop. Next-day runs across the UK and Europe, two-day in the US, India about six business days, across 180+ countries.
Can Tequipy handle the devices GroWrk already sent?
Yes, whoever supplied them. A device still sitting in another vendor's warehouse is the one we have to wait on, until it is released to you. Everything else uploads by CSV with serial numbers and warranty dates, and you can draw on repair, collection, storage, redeployment or sellback. Sellback returns cash worth 20 to 70 percent of the original value, set by age and condition.
Does it fit our MDM and HR systems?
Each device is registered with your Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot tenant before it ships, so it joins your own MDM the first time it boots: Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode or JumpCloud. A few countries are enrolled by hand before dispatch. Sign-in runs on Google, Microsoft or Okta. HR sync is native for HiBob, BambooHR and Workday at $199 a month, and a REST API handles the rest.
What happens if an order or a delivery goes wrong?
Insurance covers the shipment, so a lost or damaged parcel is ours to take up with the courier and reorder. A machine that arrives dead is swapped inside two days, and we collect the broken one afterward. If a model turns out to be unavailable, we say so and offer the nearest specification. A repair runs about 14 business days from pickup, so a spare kept in storage saves the wait.
How do you make money at retail price?
On volume, well before your invoice. Buying thousands of devices a month through 600+ authorized resellers gets our price under recommended retail, and recommended retail is what we charge. Collection, storage, redeployment and sellback each carry their own margin. Laptops first, services second, and no recurring fee behind them.
What is worth checking before you leave GroWrk?
Three things. What a full year costs once the Flex fee and the twelve-month term are in the sum, beyond the monthly rate.
