A Fleet alternative with no lease term and no per-device fee
Tequipy sells the device outright, so it is yours from day one, at local recommended retail price with delivery and MDM enrollment in it. There is no lease term and no per-device platform fee: the platform is a flat $99 a month above 100 devices, free below, and services are pay as you go. Registering takes minutes and your first order can be a single laptop bought outright, so you can try us and leave your Fleet leases untouched.

Have more questions about switching from Fleet?
What is actually different between Tequipy and Fleet?
Ownership, and the fees around it. Fleet markets a 36-month operational lease financed by third parties, and lists IT management at $9.90 or $24.90 per device a month. Tequipy sells the device at local recommended retail, you own it the day it arrives, and the platform is a flat $99 a month above 100 devices, nothing charged per device.
What if we are mid-term on a Fleet lease?
Yes, and you can start without touching the lease. There is no long-term contract with us, so you register in about five minutes and order your next devices outright, while the machines you already lease run out their term with the lessor. Move as much or as little as you want, and run both side by side for as long as it suits you.
Is Tequipy cheaper than Fleet?
It depends whether you compare a monthly rate or a total. A lease spreads the cost and adds financing on top, so the figure worth building is the full three years, with the per-device management fee and the end-of-term options in it. Our side is the device at local recommended retail once, plus $70 to $150 a collection or redeployment, plus $12 a device a month to store.
How fast do you deliver, and where?
Tequipy sources each device from a local reseller in the employee's own country, so it ships locally rather than crossing a border. Orders arrive in three business days on average, with next-day across the UK and Europe and two-day in the US. We cover 180+ countries, and Russia, Belarus and North Korea are the exceptions.
Can Tequipy service devices we already own or leased through Fleet?
A device still on a Fleet lease is the one exception, and it stays with the lessor under that agreement. Everything you own outright, whatever its source, we take on: upload it by CSV, then use repair, collection, storage, redeployment or sellback. Sellback pays cash worth 20 to 70 percent of the original value, by age and condition, money in rather than a credit against your next order.
Does it fit our MDM and HR stack?
Tequipy registers each device in your Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot tenant before it ships, so it enrolls into your own MDM at first boot, among them Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode and JumpCloud. Sign-in uses Google, Microsoft or Okta. HiBob, BambooHR and Workday sync natively at $199 a month, with a REST API for the rest.
What happens if an order or a delivery goes wrong?
Every shipment is insured, so a lost or damaged parcel is ours to raise with the courier and reorder. A repair averages 14 business days from pickup, so a spare kept in storage is worth having. A machine dead on arrival is replaced within two days, a delivery past ten business days is discounted, and no lease keeps billing while a device is out.
How do you make money if the hardware is at retail price?
On volume and on services. Buying thousands of devices a month through 600+ authorized resellers puts our price under recommended retail, and recommended retail is what you pay. Collection, storage, redeployment and sellback each carry their own margin. There is no financing spread in the model and no per-device subscription on top.
What should we work out before moving off Fleet?
Build the three-year total for a leased device, the management fee and the end-of-term options included, and set it beside buying the same machine once. Check what an early exit costs. Confirm who owns the hardware today. Then buy one laptop outright through us and look at the delivered price and the date.
