A Deel IT alternative for hardware, with no per-seat fee
Tequipy handles the hardware: buying, configuring, delivering and recovering your team's laptops. A laptop costs local recommended retail price with delivery and MDM enrollment included, you pay for a service only when you use one, and the platform is free up to 100 devices then $99 a month flat. Nothing is billed before you order. Registering takes minutes with no long-term contract, so you can order one laptop and keep Deel running everywhere else meanwhile.

Have more questions about moving hardware off Deel IT?
What is actually different between Tequipy and Deel IT?
Scope and billing. Deel IT sells hardware inside the Deel suite, to buy or to lease, with the platform billed alongside payroll and no device prices published. Tequipy does hardware only: a laptop at local recommended retail, services pay as you go, and a platform free up to 100 devices then $99 a month flat. You keep Deel for everything else.
We use Deel for payroll. Do we have to leave it?
Yes, and you do not have to leave Deel to find out. There is no long-term contract, so you register in about five minutes, order your first laptops, and keep every other Deel service running as it is. Move as many or as few laptops to Tequipy as you want, and if it is not better, you have lost nothing.
Is Tequipy cheaper than Deel IT?
Deel IT publishes no device prices, so the honest comparison is your invoice against our list. A laptop is local recommended retail with delivery included. A collection or a redeployment is $70 to $150 a device. Storage starts at $12 a device a month. The platform is free up to 100 devices, then $99 a month above that. Set a full year against a full year.
How fast do you deliver, and where?
Tequipy sources each laptop from a local reseller in the employee's own country, so it ships locally rather than crossing a border. Orders arrive in three business days on average, with next-day across the UK and Europe and two-day in the US. We cover 180+ countries, and Russia, Belarus and North Korea are the exceptions.
Will you take over the fleet Deel IT already shipped?
Two caveats first: Tequipy does not lease anywhere, so a device on a Deel lease stays under that agreement until it ends, and a device inside Deel's warehouse is between you and them until it is released. Everything you own outright we take on fully, whatever its source, uploaded by CSV with serial numbers and warranty dates, then open to repair, collection, storage, redeployment or sellback.
Does it fit our MDM and HR stack?
Tequipy registers each device in your Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot tenant before it ships, so it enrolls into your own MDM at first boot: Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode or JumpCloud. Sign-in uses Google, Microsoft or Okta. HiBob, BambooHR and Workday sync natively at $199 a month, and a REST API covers anything else.
What happens if an order or a delivery goes wrong?
Every shipment is insured, so a lost or damaged parcel is ours to settle with the courier and reorder. A repair averages 14 business days from pickup, so keeping one spare in storage saves the wait. A machine dead on arrival is replaced within two days, and a delivery past ten business days comes with a discount on the device.
How do you make money if the hardware is at retail price?
On volume, and on services. Buying thousands of devices a month through 600+ authorized resellers puts our price under recommended retail, and recommended retail is what you pay. Collection, storage, redeployment and sellback each carry their own margin. No platform fee is billed before you order, and no charge is quietly covering the device price.
What should we look at before moving hardware off Deel IT?
Pull a year of Deel invoices apart into hardware, platform and services, because the device line alone rarely tells the story. Check what renewal and notice look like. Confirm which countries are served for the hires you actually have. Then order one laptop through us and set the delivered cost beside Deel's line for the same machine.
