A CDW alternative that shows you the price instead of sending a quote
Tequipy shows the real price the moment you pick the employee's country, at local recommended retail with delivery and ABM or Autopilot enrollment inside it. There are no account managers, and every customer gets the same Slack channel whether they order one laptop a month or two hundred. Devices arrive in three business days on average, across 180+ countries. Setup takes minutes and your first order can be one laptop, with no long-term contract, so you can try us before moving anything off CDW.

Have more questions about switching from CDW?
What is actually different between Tequipy and CDW?
How you buy it. Tequipy is self-serve: open the platform, choose the employee's country, see the price with delivery already inside it, and order. There is no quote to wait for and nothing to negotiate, and the price does not move with the size of the order. Questions go into a Slack channel your team shares with ours, so there is no ticket queue and nobody is triaged by how much they spend.
Can we start while we are still buying from CDW?
Yes, and you keep buying from CDW while you test us. There is no long-term contract, so you register in about five minutes and put one order through us, keeping everything else on CDW. Send that first order to the country that has caused you the most trouble, run both side by side, and shift more only when you are ready.
Is Tequipy cheaper than CDW?
On hardware we sell at local recommended retail price or lower, with delivery inside it and nothing charged for ABM or Autopilot enrollment. The platform is free up to 100 devices and $99 a month flat above that. Whether that beats your negotiated CDW rate depends on the rate, so run the same spec through both and compare the delivered total. If your own supplier is genuinely cheaper in a given country, we can often match it or work with them directly.
How fast do you deliver, and which countries do you cover?
Around three business days on average and ten at the outside. Every device is bought inside the employee's own country by one of 600+ local authorized resellers, so it does not have to cross a border to reach them, and there is no duty to clear. We cover 180+ countries, including the ones that usually go wrong: the Philippines, Colombia, Brazil, India, the UAE, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan. Russia, Belarus and North Korea are out.
Can Tequipy handle the devices we already bought from CDW?
Yes. Load them into the platform by CSV with serial numbers and warranty dates, then use whichever services you need: repairs, offboarding pickup, storage, redeployment to a new hire, or sellback for cash at 20 to 70 percent of original value depending on age and condition. None of it depends on the device having been bought from us.
Does it work with our MDM and our HR system?
Every device is registered in your Apple Business Manager or Windows Autopilot tenant before it ships, so it enrolls into your own MDM on first boot without the employee touching anything. That covers Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode and JumpCloud. A small number of countries need manual enrollment instead, which we do before shipping. Platform login runs on Google, Microsoft or Okta SSO. HiBob, BambooHR and Workday sync natively as a $199 a month add-on, and anything else goes through our REST API. We are ISO 27001 certified, penetration tested, and hosted in Europe.
What happens if an order or a delivery goes wrong?
Shipments are insured, so we settle a lost or damaged package with the courier and reprocure the device. Dead on arrival means a replacement the next day, two at the outside, and we collect the broken unit when the employee is around. Past ten business days on a delivery, the device is discounted. If a model turns out to be unavailable we tell you and offer the closest spec. Repairs are the slow part at 14 business days from pickup, which is why we suggest one spare in storage.
How do you make money if hardware is at retail price?
Buying thousands of devices a month as an authorized reseller earns us a price below recommended retail, and we charge recommended retail. That difference is the margin, and it sits in the supplier relationship rather than on your invoice. Services carry their own margin: offboarding, storage, redeployment, sellback. No markup on the device, and no line on the invoice you have to negotiate for.
What should we ask a device vendor before moving off CDW?
Three things. Whether the price you are quoted is the price you are invoiced, and what happens if it moves between order and shipment. Whether your service level depends on your annual spend. And who covers the countries you actually hire in, country by country rather than on a global map. Ask any vendor to put those three in writing, us included.
