About the role

We're looking for an experienced designer to own two areas at Tequipy: the design of our web application and the visual side of how we show up in the world — social media, blog, and brand. This is a high-impact role with real ownership: you'll shape both how our product looks and how the market perceives us.

We work with shadcn/ui and Google Material Design. We need someone who understands design systems, can evolve them, and at the same time has the creative range to produce engaging marketing materials.

What you'll do

Web application design (UI/UX)

  • Design new screens, components, and user flows for our web application
  • Develop and maintain our internal design system based on shadcn/ui and Google Material Design — components, tokens, interaction patterns, documentation
  • Collaborate closely with developers on implementation — handoff, design reviews, and ensuring shipped UI matches the design intent
  • Create sketches, prototypes, and mockups at varying levels of fidelity (low-fi → hi-fi)
  • Champion accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across the product
  • Participate in product discussions — feature scoping, prioritization, UX direction

Marketing materials & social media

  • Design social media graphics (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) — static posts, carousels, short animations
  • Create headers, illustrations, and cover images for blog content
  • Produce campaign assets — banners, ads, landing pages
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all channels
  • Work closely with content/marketing on publication planning and execution

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Designer / UI Designer / Digital Designer
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both web product UI work and marketing / brand design
  • Fluency in Figma (components, auto layout, variables, prototyping)
  • Hands-on experience with shadcn/ui and Google Material Design, or strong track record working with token-based design systems
  • Solid skills in raster and vector tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity)
  • Working understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to have meaningful conversations with engineers
  • Strong autonomy, self-organization, and ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus but not required

Nice to have

  • Motion design experience (After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar)
  • Solid sense for micro-interactions and product motion
  • Background in B2B SaaS products
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into your design workflow
