About Tequipy
IT chaos is a systems problem. We're fixing it with AI. Tequipy builds an AI-first IT operations platform that manages the full lifecycle of company equipment and software — from onboarding to offboarding, from compliance to cost optimization — without spreadsheets, tickets, or manual babysitting.
We're a small, senior team founded by Revolut alumni, building an AI IT agent that reasons, acts, and automates across identity, devices, SaaS, and security. Our ambition is unapologetically big: to redefine how modern companies run IT and build a $100M+ company along the way.
If you enjoy:
- Building the UI layer of autonomous systems, not just dashboards
- Turning complex, real-world workflows into fast, reliable interfaces
- Shipping end-to-end with real ownership and leverage
You'll feel at home here.
Join us early. Help define the product, the architecture, and the future of AI-driven IT.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced front-end engineer to own the web application layer at Tequipy. This is a high-impact role with real ownership: you'll shape how our product is built, how it performs, and how it evolves as we scale. You'll work directly with design (we use shadcn/ui and Google Material Design) and back-end engineers to ship a product that handles real enterprise complexity — with the speed and clarity that only a small, senior team can maintain.
AI tooling is a core part of how we work. We expect you to have it embedded in your workflow — not as a curiosity, but as a force multiplier.
What you'll do
Web application engineering
- Build and maintain new features and components for our web application
- Own the front-end architecture — routing, state management, component structure, performance
- Develop and maintain our internal component library based on shadcn/ui and Google Material Design
- Collaborate closely with designers on implementation fidelity — design reviews, handoff, and pixel-level quality
- Write clean, typed, testable code in TypeScript using React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Champion performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness across the product
- Participate in product discussions — feature scoping, technical trade-offs, UX direction from an engineering lens
AI-assisted development
- Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) as a core part of your engineering workflow
- Evaluate and introduce new AI tooling that speeds up front-end delivery without sacrificing quality
- Help establish team norms around AI-assisted development — what to automate, what to review, what to own
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Front-End Engineer
- Deep fluency in at least one of: React, Angular, or Vue.js — and enough breadth to pick up the others
- Strong TypeScript skills — types, generics, strict mode; you write typed code by default
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals — the browser, the DOM, HTTP, rendering, performance
- Experience building on or evolving token-based design systems (shadcn/ui, Material, or similar)
- Proven use of AI engineering tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) in day-to-day work — not just awareness, but habit
- Ability to own front-end architecture decisions and defend them with reasoning
- Strong autonomy and self-organization; you don't need a ticket to spot something that needs fixing
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus but not required
Nice to have
- Experience with back-end APIs (REST, GraphQL) and ability to contribute across the stack when needed
- Familiarity with testing (Vitest, Playwright, Cypress) and a genuine opinion on testing strategy
- Background in B2B SaaS products, ideally with enterprise-grade complexity
- Experience building UIs that integrate with AI agents or LLM-powered back-ends
- Contributions to open-source front-end projects
What we offer
- Compensation: 18,000 – 25,000 PLN net + VAT per month on a B2B contract
- 100% remote — work from wherever suits you
- Flexible working hours
- Paid time off (negotiated as part of the B2B agreement)
- Real impact on the product from day one — no ticket queues, no committee approvals
- Learning & development budget — courses, conferences, tools
- Modern stack and a culture without micromanagement
- A small, senior team with founders who've built and scaled before
Hiring process
- CV and portfolio / GitHub review
- Intro call (~15 min) — getting to know each other, alignment on expectations
- Short technical exercise or extended case study from your past work
- Technical deep-dive (~60 min) — walk us through 2–3 of your best-built systems or features
- Offer
How to apply
Send your CV and links (GitHub, portfolio, or notable projects) to: talent@tequipy.com
In your application, highlight projects where you owned the front-end end-to-end — from architecture decisions to shipped UI. A short note on how you use AI tools in your daily workflow goes a long way.
